Austin is again stepping out for Autism.

The Hormel Historic Home will host a fundraising walk 10 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2014, at the Bandshell Community Park.

Participants walk a one-mile loop along Austin’s trail system as many times as they want. Lunch will be offered with a free will donation at 11 a.m. Popular Twin Cities duo Koo Koo Kanga Roo will perform for free at 11:30 a.m. in the bandshell. Registrations will be taken at the walk.

The funds that are raised go toward summer camps offered for area youth affected by an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The event is open to the community to participate or just enjoy, and bringing lawn chairs or blankets is encouraged. The event will go on rain or shine.
