Lyle community leaders welcomed two new businesses to the 100 Oak St. mini-mall: Kountry Kuts and 33B Eatery & Catering. Tara Connor opened Kountry Kuts in mid-March. The salon specializes in hair care, perms, highlights, colors and cuts, including beards and mustaches. She previously worked at Fantastic Sam’s in Austin.

A meet and greet for the store is planned from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The Riley Family opened 3B Eatery & Catering last July. They offer homemade food, with a Friday night fish and shrimp night and a Sunday breakfast buffet.
