After a long struggle with multiple sclerosis, Cynthia Kay (Loecher) Johnson, 56, of Adams, Minn., died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minn.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 11, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Swaminatha Pothireddy officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the Adams Funeral Home from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday and at the church for one hour before the service on Friday morning.

Interment: Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
