Parenting Resource Center Executive Director Heather Steinkamp, center, presented plaques to Judges Donald Rysavy, left, and Fred Wellmann, right, at the Seibel Center Wednesday. Rysavy is retiring May 2, and Wellmann is retiring April 4. Several local officials attended a lunch event held to show appreciation for the Mower County judges, who have shared their time and talents for the Mower County Coordinated Response to Domestic Violence, and both have been key players in the development and implementation of the Seibel Center, which is run by the Parenting Resource Center.
