FIRST TEAM

Zach Wessels, Guard, Austin

The senior finished his career as Austin’s all-time leading scorer, but he did a lot more than just score points. Wessels, who will play at Division II University of Sioux Falls next season, averaged 13.7 points, 5.3 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 3.8 steals this past season for the Packers (28-4 overall).

The senior guard was a scorer from just about everywhere on the court as he averaged 14 points, 2.5 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 85 percent on free throws.

 Ajuda Nywesh, Guard, Austin

The senior took his game to new heights this season as he became the Packers’ go-to scorer down the stretch. Nywesh averaged 14.4 points, 2.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 81 percent on free throws.

Cole Kruger, Guard, Hayfield

The senior guard finished off a fantastic career as he is now first in school history in assists (533) and steals (262). Kruger is second in career scoring (1,746 points) and fifth in rebounding (621). Kruger averaged 16.8 points, 6.9 assists, 6.7 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game for the Vikings (21-6 overall) this year.

John Rumpza, Center, Blooming Prairie

The junior big man averaged 20.5 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 2.5 blocks and 1.8 steals. Rumpza, who is already BP’s all-time leading scorer, shot 55 percent from the field and 35 percent on 3-pointers for the Awesome Blossoms (15-10 overall).

SECOND TEAM

Trenton Bleifus, Guard, Grand Meadow

The senior led the Larks (11-14 overall) on offense as he averaged 18.4 points, 2.3 assists, 6.4 rebounds and 3.6 steals per game.

Lukas Anderson, Guard, Southland

The senior averaged 19 points and six rebounds per game for the Rebels (6-21 overall) and he shot 78 percent from the free throw line.

Gach Gach, Forward, Austin

The junior made most of his impact on defense for the Packers as he averaged 7.2 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game.

Jeremy Stuart, Forward, Hayfield

The senior averaged 12.2 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.5 blocks for Hayfield.

Zach Royston, Center, LeRoy-Ostrander

The senior averaged 15.6 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2.2 steals and 2 blocks for the Cardinals (2-22 overall).

HONORABLE MENTION

 Landon Jacobson, Forward, Grand Meadow

The junior averaged 13.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 3.1 steals per game.

Anthony Nelson, Forward, Blooming Prairie

The sophomore averaged 9.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals per game, while shooting 49 percent from the field.

Nate Bunne, Guard, LeRoy-Ostrander

The senior averaged 14.2 points, 6.3 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.8 steals.

 Jordan Hart, Guard, Lyle-Pacelli

The junior averaged 14.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.7 steals for the Athletics (9-17 overall).

Noah Jiskra, Forward, Lyle-Pacelli

The sophomore averaged 10.6 points and 2.5 rebounds, while shooting 78 percent from the free throw line.

Braden Kocer, Center, Lyle-Pacelli

The sophomore averaged 10 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.

 Drew Streightiff, Forward, Hayfield

The senior averaged 10.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists. He shot 54 percent from the field and 35 percent on 3-pointers.
