Louise Weber will celebrate her 95th birthday on Feb. 21, 2014.

Louise was born Feb. 21, 1919, in Todd County, Minn., to Anton and Josie Krob.

She married Lester Weber in 1943 in Austin, Minn. They were married for 41 years before his passing in 1984. Louise has two sons, Don, and his wife, Rosalie; and Roger, and his wife, Karen. Louise is a proud grandma to five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Louise retired from Hormel Foods in Austin after 45-plus years of service. She has been a member of the WFLA Lodge 38 in Austin for the past 81-plus years, serving in numerous positions, most notable as president, secretary and treasurer. She also served on the WFLA State Scholarship Board for 25 years in which she held both president and vice president roles.

She was honored as the WFLA Fraternalist of the Year in 2012.

Louise has been a member of the First United Methodist Church in Austin for 65-plus years and served as trustee, president and vice president for the Church. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Women’s Mission Outreach Organization for 22 years as treasurer. Her family would like to invite those who know and love her to shower her with birthday wishes as she celebrates this special milestone.
