The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team snapped a four-game losing streak by beating Schaeffer Academy (8-10 overall, 6-6 SEC) 82-74 in Rochester Tuesday.

The Athletics (5-12 overall, 5-9 SEC) led by 20 in the second half.

“We shot the ball well and it opened things up for us,” LP head coach Dean DeBoer said. “We have to know we can beat people and hopefully this win gives us a little confidence.”
