Marlene Blaser, owner of the Austin Quiznos Subs, and her staff were recently honored by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for being the top fundraiser of all Quiznos nationally. The store and customers raised $1,160. This was the first year of a partnership between Quiznos and Light the Night campaign, and all 1,500 Quiznos in the U.S. were invited to participate in the promotion, which ran Sept. 23-Nov. 10, 2013. Staff from the Minnesota Chapter presented Blaser and her staff with a plaque recognizing their accomplishments.
