The Grand Meadow boys basketball team hit a second half slump as it lost 60-40 to Spring Grove (6-0 overall, 5-0 SEC) in GM Friday.

The Superlarks (1-1 overall, 1-1 SEC) were outscored 37-11 in the second half. GM had three players foul out in the loss.

“We played really hard, but Spring Grove is an aggressive team and they forced a lot of turnovers,” GM head coach Bob Burmester said.
