The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team beat Waterville-Elysian-Morristown (2-2 overall, 0-1 Gopher) 55-42 in BP Friday.

The Awesome Blossoms (4-1 overall, 3-0 Gopher) led 26-22 at the half were led by Sarah Noble, who poured in 23 points, while going 5-for-9 on 3-pointers.

“Tough game from start to finish,” BP head coach John Worke said. “Their coach has that team playing well.”
