Police Explorers among best in state at competition

The Austin Police Explorers nearly nabbed top honors at the 2013 Duluth Law Enforcement Explorer Conference.
Austin Police Explorers took second place overall in domestic crisis intervention and second place in street decisions. They competed against more than 200 explorers on 56 teams from 27 agencies.
The Duluth Conference judges explorer teams as they respond to various police calls for service.
