The Packers picked up a 1-0 win over Faribault (2-11 overall, 1-7 Big Nine) in the last home girls soccer game at Art Hass Stadium Tuesday night.
Austin (5-6-1 overall, 2-5-1 Big Nine) took a 1-0 lead in the first half when Carolyn Hackel scored a goal early on.

“It was senior night tonight and we played the game in honor of them,” Austin head coach Enrique Camarena-Corzo said.
Each team had plenty of scoring chances in the second half of the contest, but the Packers held on to their lead.
“Both teams played really strong,” Camarena-Corzo said. “There were a lot of good shots on goal and it was a tough game.”
