BLOOMING PRAIRIE —Blooming Prairie junior Taylor Hagen racked up 18 kills as the Awesome Blossoms beat New Richland-HEG (2-2 overall) 25-21, 25-22, 25-22 in BP Thursday.

Nicole Inwards added 27 digs in the win for BP (2-1 overall, 1-0 Gopher).

“Nicole continues to be consistent on the floor.  She is really starting to take charge of the back court,” BP head coach Gina McLaughlin said. “I’m very proud of the volleyball we played tonight.  We are connecting in ways that I haven’t seen us do before.”
