BLOOMING PRAIRIE —The Awesome Blossoms stepped up on defense as they beat United South Central (0-2 overall, 0-1 Gopher) 40-0 in BP Friday.

Cole Sunde had 152 yards receiving and two touchdown grabs and he also ran in a TD for BP (2-0 overall, 1-0 Gopher) in the win.

BP held USC to just 105 yards of offense and Hunter Rudlong had two interceptions.
