Packer bowlers win two

The Austin bowling team picked up a pair of wins to move into first place in the conference at Echo Lanes Saturday.

The Packers (4-0 overall) scored victories over Rochester John Marshall and Rochester Mayo.

Against JM, Austin won three games to two, but they knocked down just 11 pins more than the Rockets in a close match.

Against Mayo, the Packers scored their highest total of the season as they knocked down 1,038 pins and they took four of the five games.
