Q: How did you originally get into your sport?

A: In sixth grade I started off in tennis, but after the a while a few of my friends persuaded me to join volleyball and I never looked back.

A: Getting “Rocky” for a nickname is one of my favorite memories from volleyball.

Q: What have you learned from playing sports?

A: One of the hardest aspects about volleyball is height. You can improve your ball handling skills and your speed, but you can’t change how tall you are. That can have a huge effect on the results of a game.

Q: Who is your biggest sports role model and why?

A: Jackie Robinson because he fought against segregation without physical violence.

Q: What is your favorite movie or TV show?

A: Either Up or Grease.

Q: What is your favorite subject in school?

A: Science.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: Food critique.

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: Probably ice cream or some awesome ethnic food.
