Roger Boughton has been named the new chairman of the KSMQ-TV board of directors. He succeeded Suzy Meneguzzo of Owatonna, who will remain on the board as immediate past chair. Boughton is an Austin City Council member and a former administrator at Riverland Community College. He joined the KSMQ board in 2011.
