The Austin volleyball team fell in four games to Albert Lea by scores of 23-25, 25-16, 25-16, 25-10 in its home opener in Packer Gym Friday.

The Packers (0-2 overall, 0-1 Big Nine) were led by seniors Rachel Wahlert and Kristine Snyder, who each had five kills.

“The kids improved from last night and all I can ask as a coach is for them to keep improving,” Austin head coach Cindy Owen said.
