Chad and Stephanie Steele of New Brighton, Minn., are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Madelyn Kay Steele.

Madelyn was born 9:05 a.m. July 22 at United Hospital in St. Paul. She weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces and measured 20 inches. Maternal grandparents are Steve and Kay Torgerson of Austin, and paternal grandparents are Danny and Susan Steele of Alden.
