Mark Herman Brady, 38, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation, 45 days’ electronic home monitoring and fined $500. Offense date: Nov. 24, 2012.

Nataniel Gerome Davenport, 45, of Austin. Convicted of driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety and fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 10 years’ supervised probation, 180 days in jail and 80 hours’ community service, given credit for 45 days served. Offense dates: Nov. 13, 2012, and Jan. 23.

Hector Alonzo Estrada, 34, of Austin. Convicted of DWI test refusal. Sentenced to 180 days in jail. Offense date: April 12.

Lilly Ann Garcia, 26, of Albert Lea. Convicted of check forgery. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and must pay $7, 533 in restitution. Offense date: June 21, 2012.

Isaac Garang Kuir, 38, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to 91 days in jail. Offense date: April 24.

Irma Aide Sanchez, 28, of Albert Lea. Convicted of check forgery. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and must pay $7,533 in restitution. Offense date: June 21, 2012.

Troy Curtiss Sutton, 32, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation, five days of community service and fined $500. Offense date: March 7, 2009.

Brandon Josie Wells, 19, of Austin. Convicted of DWI test refusal. Sentenced to indeterminate amount of supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Offense date: Aug. 24, 2012.

Richard William Cohenour, 56, of Brownsdale. Convicted of driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety. Sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: March 28.
