Dean’s list

•Alexandra Holten of Austin was named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at the University of Minnesota-Morris.

•Four local students were named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse: Crystal Stundahl and Jacob Thompson of Austin; Dylan Hatch of Lansing; Brady Gross of Racine.

•Five Austin residents were named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-Madison: Jenna Baker, Marcus Gunderson, Jonathan Koser, Hanna Middlebrook and Steven Rizzi.

•Jaide Ryks of Brownsdale and Rachel David of LeRoy were named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

•Krista Oudekirk of Dexter was named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

•Seven local students were named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at the University of Minnesota-Duluth: Anna Anderson, Jacob Bentley, Gary Ellis, Abigail Leif and Gage Morgan of Austin; Joshua Sloan of LeRoy; Lindsey Smith of Adams.

•Audrey Ferris of Austin was named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at Saint Mary’s University in Winona.

•Danielle Jondal and Dana Schroeder of Austin and Kayln Jacobsen were named to the spring 2013 dean’s list at Concordia College in Moorhead.

 

Graduation

•Samuel Stier of Austin graduated from Bethany Lutheran College with a major in broad field social studies.

•Four local students graduated from South Central College in Mankato: Trevor Emanuel of Austin, agribusiness production; Erin Heard of Austin, practical nursing; Cody Gardner of Elkton, computer integrated machining; Jacob Ehret of Rose Creek, intensive care paramedic technician.

•Jacob Krueger of Austin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in psychology.

•Kiefer Hotek of Austin graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary applied mathematical economics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.

•Emily Schmidt of Rose Creek graduated with a degree in medical dietetics from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis.
