Victor Paz Balbuena, 45, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Fined $500. Offense date: Nov. 22, 2012.

Willister Davenport Jr., 19, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree aggravated robbery. Sentenced to 60 months in prison. Offense date: Nov. 17, 2012.

Miguel Jose De Leon, 49, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to  supervised probation, 30 days’ electronic home monitoring and 40 hours’ community service. Fined $400. Offense date: March 17.

Jacob Paul Erntson, 46, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation. Offense date: Sept. 27, 2012.

Shannon Huinker, 41, of Austin. Convicted of driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Offense date: March 6.

Daniel Irlas, 33, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault — subsequent violation. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 50 hours’ community service. Fined $310. Offense date: Sept. 10, 2012.

Duane Allen Johnson, 40, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree burglary, received stay of imposition. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Offense date: Dec. 8, 2012.

John Alfonso Perales, 26, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree burglary. Sentenced to 20 years’ supervised probation and 40 hours’ community service. Offense date: Oct. 26, 2011.

Jose Luis Zacarias Jr., 30, of Austin. Convicted of violating terms as a predatory offender. Sentenced to one year and one day in prison. Offense date: Dec. 6, 2012.

Randall Kirk Gardner, 59, of Austin. Convicted of DWI test refusal. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: May 21.

Roman Jay Hajek, 57, of Rose Creek. Convicted of DWI test refusal. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: Jan. 13.
