The donations are in, and the Friends of the Austin Public Library are set for their spring used book sale this Friday and Saturday.

The sale is open at the library from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days with a bag sale set for 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

Proceeds from spring and fall used book sales help support the library and fund summer reading programs. Last spring’s sale raised $6,600.

Furthermore, those who want to support the Friends of the Library may join for $10 per family. Membership forms are available at the library’s main desk.
