A 56-year-old Grand Meadow man went to the hospital with back pain after a Dexter woman collided with his car Tuesday morning at County Roads 8 and 1 north of Grand Meadow.

According to the Mower County Sheriff’s report, the 24-year-old woman ran into the back door of the man’s car at about 8 a.m., and both vehicles sustained damage. The woman was cited for a stop sign violation and no insurance and reportedly had no injuries.
