Austin Police arrested a disgruntled suspect after he allegedly vandalized Austin Packaging Company with spray paint.

According to the police report, the suspect spray painted “No integrity = failure” next to the APC logo on the building. An officer arrested the suspect in that area before 4 a.m. Saturday and found matching spray paint in a backpack. The suspect reportedly would not tell officers his name.

A preliminary breath test showed the alleged vandal had been drinking. The suspect may be charged with third-degree criminal property damage.

APC recently announced it was going to close its pizza production line and would lay off 125 workers. The company later reduced that number, however, and laid off 76 workers on March 29.
