The St. Mark’s Lutheran Home expansion is wapped up.

The public is invited to attend an open house of the recent construction and renovations on Saturday, April 13.

Construction began at St. Mark’s in January 2012 and included the construction of 25 new assisted living apartments. Workers renovated 21 apartments for memory care and 16 private rooms for short-term rehabilitation. Workers also built a new occupational and physical therapy area, a multi-purpose gathering room, chapel and living area, all near the new front entrance to the campus on Fourth Street, as well as relocating and enhancing the beauty shop and café area.
