Watts Cookin’ has more changes in the works.

Owner Kermit Watts said he will be leasing his diesel pumps to Pilot Flying J Travel Centers, and he has renovations to the truck stop planned for this spring.

Watts said his business, at 1509 10th Place NE just off of Interstate 90, will still process the diesel fuel, and will simply rent the diesel pumps to Flying J. He said Watts Cookin’ will continue to own and operate the other BP gas pumps, the convenient store, the truck stop and the dining and bar areas. He said the diesel island will be ready sometime in March.

Watts said in March, he also will upgrade the truck stop by adding five new showers, a laundry area, a TV lounge room, and by remodeling the two bathrooms. He remodeled the diner and bar in June 2012.
