The Mower County Historical Society is beckoning to all who are looking to find out more about their family history.

The organization will hold another Genealogy Detectives workshop from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16.

Participants will receive information about organizing genealogy work and will be allowed to spend most of their time searching their family history. Preregistration is required and space is limited to first eight paid registrations. This will allow for one-on-one assistance from staff to participants. The registration fee includes: 20 free copies, class handouts, Internet access and access to all MCHS library collections. Registration fees are $25 for current MCHS members and $30 for non-members.
