Brenda M. Lund, 56, of Mankato, died on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Landkamer-Johnson-Boman Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Brenda was born on July 29, 1956, in Albert Lea to Walter and Margaret (Troska) Helland. She graduated from Alden-Conger High School in 1974. She attended Mankato Commercial College. On June 24, 1995, Brenda was united in marriage to Raymond Lund in Las Vegas. She worked at McDonald’s for 10 years. She had a love for animals and enjoyed attending flea markets with Ray.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Raymond, of Mankato; sister, Marilyn (Randy) Miller of New Albany, Ohio; nephew, Lee Miller of New York, N.Y.; niece, Courtney Miller of New Albany; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
