The Austin Area Art Center’s ceramic show, “The Raku Artist,” ends with a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 27, in Oak Park Mall. Artist Jerry Deuschle, who has worked in raku pottery firing methods for more than 19 years, will be present to greet guests.
