WINONA — The No. 8 ranked Hayfield boys basketball team beat Winona Cotter (5-7 overall, 0-5 HVL Gold) 63-51 on the road Tuesday.

The Vikings (12-2 overall, 5-0 HVL Gold) were playing without Brady Kramer, who suffered a sprained ankle on Friday, but Cole Kruger scored 22 points and Trevor Anderson added 21 points to pick up the slack.

Hayfield led by as many as 19 in the second half.
