Jhonny Moctezuma Garcia, 23, of Austin. Convicted of second degree assault with a dangerous weapon. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 10 days of sentence to service. Offense date: Jan. 12, 2010.
Sarina Kay Hoffman, 24, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: Oct. 26.
Carlos Alberto Paez, 30, of Mapleview. Convicted of driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety. Sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: Aug. 27.
Galuak Michael Rotgai, 28, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault with great bodily harm. Sentenced to 20 years in prison. Offense date: April 8.
Paul Allen Yerhart, 53, of Lansing. Convicted of check forgery. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 100 hours of community service. Must pay $550 in restitution. Offense date: Oct. 6, 2011.
