Guilty plea signed in July sexual conduct case

A 62-year-old LeRoy man signed a petition to enter a guilty plea Friday in Mower County Court for criminal sexual conduct.
Marvin Henry Lego faces three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two with a victim younger than 13 and one count with a victim 13 to 15. According to the Minnesota Trial Courts calendar, no plea deal has been listed, and Lego has a plea hearing set for Monday.
According to the court complaint, Lego learned that the victim may have been molested by another man. Lego allegedly convinced the victim to perform the same sexual acts on him in July 2011 to see if the victim was telling the truth. He admitted to detectives that was his reasoning, as well.
A sentencing date has not been scheduled.
