MANKATO — The Austin volleyball team is finally starting to get healthy after a string of injuries, but they lost to Mankato West (5-7 overall, 1-3 Big Nine) by scores of 25-18, 25-16, 25-22 in Mankato Thursday.

Jocelyn Sheehan served seven aces for the Packers (0-10 overall, 0-4 Big Nine).

“They played really well tonight,” Austin head coach Barry Brobeck said. “After all of our injuries, it looks like we’re gonna come together.”
