A predatory offender pleaded guilty Monday to violating his terms of registration.

Francisco Luna, 18, of Austin, pleaded guilty to the felony charge in Mower County Court. According to the court complaint, an officer stopped Luna driving a Ford Explorer in early May; however, Luna did not have a license. The officer later learned that Luna is a registered predatory offender and must provide information about what vehicles he is driving, which he didn’t do.

Luna’s sentencing is Oct. 5.
