David Wayne Alexander, 60, of Saint Paul, Minn., died Aug. 23, 2012, at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul. He is survived by his mother Joan; brothers, Thomas (Ruth Ann) and Paul; sisters, Pam (Bill) Springer, Linda (Art) Barnett, Jan (Todd) Jasmin and Beth (LeAllan Estrem); great aunt Evelyn Folstrom; aunt Jean (Alan) Cook; uncle John (Marj) Whittier; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and brother, James. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at United Methodist Church in Farmington, with visitation at the church at 1 p.m. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association.
