A 62-year-old LeRoy man pleaded not guilty to felony charges of criminal sexual conduct against an underage victim.

Marvin Henry Lego, 62, pleaded not guilty in Mower County Court to three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. According to the complaint, Lego learned that the victim may have been molested by another man. Lego allegedly convinced the victim to perform the same sexual acts on him in July 2011 to see if the victim was telling the truth. He reportedly admitted to detectives that was his reasoning, as well.

Lego’s pretrial is set for July 26.
