Stewartville tops Austin girls golf team

The Austin girls golf team lost a dual meet to Stewartville by a score of 343-388 in Meadow Greens Golf Course Tuesday.

Caitlyn Stanley led the Packers by shooting a 90 and Lauren Stasi finished with a 94.
“It was great to play in a match today to get ready for the Big Nine Tournament on Thursday,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said. “Stewartville is a great team that just won the HVL conference they were good competition for us to play.”
The Big Nine girls golf meet will be held in Faribault Thursday at 10 a.m.
