Marjorie Christianson, 90, died April 26, 2012, in Austin, Minn., with family members at her bedside.

Marjorie was born March 2, 1922, in Fillmore County, Minn., to Henry and Minnie Nagel. She graduated from Preston High School in 1941 and worked at Northrup Aircraft in California from 1942 until the end of World War II. She was then employed in Rochester, Minn., at the Human Services office and later at IBM.

Marjorie married Clifford Chistianson of Austin on April 30, 1958. She worked as an office secretary at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church from 1960 to 1986.

A memorial service will be held for Marjorie at 2 p.m. May 6, 2012, at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church in Austin, Minn.
