MOOREHEAD, MINN. — The Austin Greyhounds won two of their three games at the Moorehead Invite this past weekend.

The Greyhounds (3-2 overall) lost to lost to the eventual champion Shakopee Indians 8-7 in the semifinals Sunday.

On Saturday, the Hounds beat Sacred Heart 10-2 as Zach Schara struck out 13 and they topped the Fargo Express as Nels Nelson struck out 10.

Joe Huffman, Matt Cano and Andy Swank all homered in the win over Sacred Heart for Austin.
