Mildred O. Carlson, 94, a long-time seamstress in the Austin, Minn., area, died Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, Wash.

Service: Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin, with Todd Portinga officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Interment: Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that memorials be made to Evergreen Hospice, 12822 124th Lane NE, Kirkland, WA 98034.
