—Menise Pearl Ford, 31, of Milwaukee, Wis. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession and DWI. — given statutory stay of adjudication. Sentenced to five years’ probation and fined $500. Offense date: June 18, 2011.

—Ainstain Jim, 23, of Austin. Convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentenced to 10 years’ supervised probation and must register as sex offender. Offense date: Aug. 10, 2011.

—Jospeh Robert Nelson, 23, of Fairmont. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year supervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: Dec. 20, 2011.

—Cresencio Xhacu-Romero, 24, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Fined $500. Offense date: April 22, 2012.

—Eli Eric Reyes, 24, of Austin. Convicted of fleeing a peace officer in a vehicle adn DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation. Fined $900. Offense date: Feb. 25, 2012.

—Nicolas Gomez, 24, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault (subsequent violation). Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Offense date: March 3, 2012.

—Rose Ann Merie Mead, 28, of Elkton. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession — given statutory stay of adjudication. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 40 hours of community service. Offense date: Dec. 24, 2011.

—Nathaniel Jay Stahl, 24, of Austin. Convicted of violating predatory offender registration and receiveing stolen property. Sentenced to 90 days in jail and 16 months in prison. Offense dates: Jan 1, 2012, and March 28, 2012.
