Ronald Lee Sandberg-Karnes, 27, of Rush City, Minn. Convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct — penetration or contact with victim younger than 13. Amended sentence to 280 months in prison with conditional release after 10 years. Offense date: Aug. 3, 2010.
