The Austin boys tennis team lost all of its matches in two sets as it lost to Northfield 7-0 at Paulson Courts Monday.

The closest contest was when Pat Wagner lost the number one singles match 6-2, 6-2 for the Packers (4-4 overall).

“They’re just real solid from top to bottom and we’re young,” Austin coach Tommy Tauchnitz said of Northfield. “It was a good experience for everyone, especially for our freshman singles players Colton (Detwiler) and Jeremy (Olmsted).”
