—Harley Jonothan Becker, 19, of Brownsdale. Convicted of third-degree assault. Sentenced to 180 days in Mower County Jail and five years’ supervised probation. Fined $2,347.

—Bounxou Chanthavong, 49, of Austin. Convicted of DWI, refusal to submit to testing. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, stayed for one year supervised probation. Fined $585.

—Tommie Earl Conner, 61, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 15 months in prison, stayed for five years’ supervised probation.

—Luis Adrian Gonzalez, 20, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree drug sale of narcotics. Sentenced to 20 years’ supervised probation.

—Mark Richard Rabideau, 36, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession and domestic abuse by violating a no contact order. Sentenced to 90 days in local confinement and one year in prison.

—Thomas Schniedereit, 49, of Austin. Convicted of terroristic threats/reckless disregard. Sentenced to 179 days in jail, stayed for two years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Fined $585.

—Richard Steven Trigilio, 51, of Austin. Convicted of vehicle theft. Sentenced to five years’ supvervised probation and 40 hours of community service.

—Raymond Micheal Williams, 52, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of DWI, refusal to submit to chemical test. Sentenced to seven years’ supervised probation. Fined $585.
