The Lyle-Pacelli girls basketball team made three straight days of practice count as they came out strong and beat Hope Lutheran (7-9 overall, 5-9 SEC) 60-35 in Pacelli Gym Friday.

“We didn’t play well at Medford (on Monday) and it was nice to get a solid win tonight,” LP head coach Brad Walter said. “We played with a lot of energy tonight.”
Eighth grader Sarah Holtz scored 19 points to lead LP (13-6 overall, 11-4 SEC).
