I type this letter truly humbled by what I saw and heard on Friday, Feb. 17, at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Austin High School Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra were selected to perform at the Minnesota Music Educators Mid-Winter Clinic. The technical precision and powerful passion that was exhibited in their performances was nothing short of spectacular. Moreover, the courtesy, respectfulness and pride in what they do was such a treasure to witness. They represented AHS and the community of Austin so well. These are your kids, Austin! Congratulations!
