Rushford-Peterson drilled 13 three-pointers in a 67-55 win over the Southland boys basketball team in Adams Tuesday.

Trent Vix hit eight of those threes as he scored 34 points for RP (7-2 overall, 5-2 Three Rivers).

“They shot unbelievable and it was lights out,” Southland head coach Jon Thalberg said. “They just hit three after three whether they had a hand in their face or if the worked it to get an open look.”

Mike Goergen led the Rebels (7-2 overall, 5-1 Three Rivers) with 23 points.
