The Grand Meadow boys basketball team lost 52-50 to Mabel-Canton (4-7 overall, 5-2 SEC) in GM Friday.
The Superlarks (5-6 overall, 3-5 SEC) hit six threes but they trailed by as many as 11 in the second half.
“The boys did a nice of fighting to get back in the game and we had a couple of chances to take the lead but we just didn’t execute and Mabel-Canton was able to take advantage,” GM head coach Chad Burmester said.
