The Austin girls hockey team lost to Rochester John Marshall 5-2 in Riverside Arena Saturday.

The Packers (4-2 overall, 2-1 Big Nine) took a 2-1 lead in the first period when Carley Grunewald scored but JM’s Samantha Macken scored her first of the three goals on a powerplay four minutes later to put the Rockets (3-3 overall, 3-1 Big Nine) back in control.
